A soul retrieval has the potential to accelerate interpersonal growth.

The experience of soul retrieval varies from person to person.

Some experience soul retrieval as life-changing: a sensation of being filled up, a tingling or a heat.

Others feel a subtler impact. Often a much greater effect is felt some hours or days after the soul retrieval than immediately after the work ..

The shift in your life can be subtle.

Some clients have reported that they felt very little at the time but found that they felt more solid in themselves, less tired, and more sure of their choices and path following a soul retrieval. Things that would have been nearly impossible seem more straightforward after a soul retrieval.

In terms of emotional impact, soul retrieval is very gentle. Even when parts are lost due to severe trauma, they come back unharmed.

When I do a soul retrieval for someone, I always do a healing for that aspect before it is returned.
It brings back energy and gifts..helping you to say yes to life.

After a soul retrieval, people often want downtime, to reflect and just be with themselves. If people have a strong emotional response to soul retrieval, it’s almost invariably one of joy and celebration. “Dark Night of the soul” work and emotional catharsis are valuable, but they are not generally part of the soul retrieval experience.

Because soul retrieval is so gentle, people are sometimes surprised by how much of an impact it has.

Afterward you may find it much harder to accept situations where you are not being honoured, regardless of the economic or emotional advantages of being in that place.

A soul retrieval has the potential to put you on the fast track of interpersonal growth.

Soul retrieval makes the recipient stronger, more complete, and harder to control or manipulate.

Some people benefit from more than one soul retrieval session.

What to expect after a soul retrieval

Impact of a Soul Retrieval

Wanting Someone Else to Stop Doing Something

Wanting Someone Else to Stop Doing Something
We waste a lot of energy wanting others to stop what they’re doing. Although we should stick up for what is right for us, trying to stop others from doing what they’re doing causes us to forget taking care of ourselves. This is often a no-win situation. In this release we let go of wanting someone to stop what they’re doing and discover what’s beyond.

Tip: Instead of wanting to stop others from doing what they’re doing, let go of wanting to control them or help them find something else to do.

When trying to guide someone in this way, it’s important to do it from love opposed to wanting to manipulate.
If you do this from love you often help yourself as well as the other person. Either way, remember to keep letting go.

Letting Go of Wanting to Escape
Most of us run from what we don’t like both externally and internally. This is especially true with our uncomfortable feelings. It is such a prevalent tendency that there are entire industries dedicated to it. A great way to keep ourselves stuck and keep our unpleasant feelings suppressed is to try to escape them. In this release we will dissolve our wanting to escape and learn how to embrace what we feel in this moment.

Tip: When you find yourself wanting to run away or hide from your feelings, know that you have a choice. If you are really overwhelmed it may be appropriate to give yourself time to just escape. However, when you are ready you can break through whatever issue is causing the inner discomfort by choosing to let go of wanting to escape and allowing yourself to look directly at what is actually here. The more you do this the more you take charge of your life and the better you feel.

7 Huna Principles

The Seven Hawaiian Huna
Principles of Life:
IKE (ee-kay).
What we believe is what is real for us. Our ideas create our reality. The world is  what you think it is..
Another way of saying it is that our experience of reality is coming from the inside… from our experiences, our memories, our thoughts, beliefs, ideas, our desires and ambitions. Everything that we experience is phenomenological – which means, specific to ourselves.
IKE means that our reality that we experience here during life is flavoured by all that we’ve experienced in the past and how the past has moulded our minds and personalities to be the way that we are.

KALA
.
There are no limits.
. That which we see as limiting, that which we fear we cannot overcome or surpass… exists in our minds only. If we want to accomplish something we can accomplish it, but we must quieten the mind . The limits of the mind are created by the past environment experienced while growing up as a child and adult. All experience contributes to the state of the mind , and it is through this mind that things are experienced and feared. The limits that we see are limits imposed on us by our own minds and are not factual limits imposed by the universe, or something outside of ourselves.
If we don’t change what we think are limits – then we never fully enjoy life outside the confines of what our own minds limit us to. If we don’t surpass the limits we live a generic life that could not compare to a life without limits.

MAKIA
 (mah-kee-ah).
Energy flows where attention goes. Wherever there is a flow of energy and attention, events are created. This is a fundamental principle of creating results. Attention + Energy + Ideas + Action = Results.
Wherever your attention is, there is your life. If you focus on your business with the majority of your time then your business is the area of life where you will create the most events and results, both positive and negative. If your focus is primarily on your family life, then that is where energy flows and events are born.
You can choose to change your focus.

MANAWA
.
Now is the moment of power. The past and future hold no real power because there is nothing we can do with either one of them.
Act now. All the power for changing your life exists only in the immediate present. There is no other time. It’s an abstract concept.
Try this exercise. Try to keep your attention in the present for just one minute. Can you do that? No thoughts about the future, just experience what you are doing right now – for one minute.
ALOHA!
Aloha means many things, but in one word perhaps it’s best described as “love”. Love is happiness. Aloha is a caring for others as well as or as much as for your own self. It’s an unselfish love.
MANA.
Mana is power or energy. All power comes from within. Hawaiian belief is that Mana is the name for the one source of all the power that exists in the universe. This power is universal and flows through not only us, but through animals and plants, the foundation of the earth, the skies and planets, and everything that we know exists. It’s a life energy . This Mana flows through us and gives us the power to do what we believe we can do. The power to do anything that we decide to do and that we take action towards.
PONO.
Effectiveness is the measure of truth. A method, a plan, or certain actions, when put in motion may work. If they work, that is all you need to be concerned with. There are many ways to do things.
